At 12RND (Twelve Round) Fitness we conduct High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts combining functional strength training, body weight and weighted exercises together with boxing conditioning over a 45-minute total body workout.

 

These sessions typically burn 750+ calories per session producing an “afterburn” which leaves you burning calories and fat for another 16-38 hours afterwards.

We don’t train with one dimensional machines, instead using free weights, body weight and other conditioning equipment to strengthen your primal movements and improve your balance, power, agility, speed, co-ordination, flexibility and endurance.
